Factors Influencing Accuracy Of Precision Castings

Under normal circumstances, precision casting precision casting structure, castings material, tooling, making, baking, pouring multiple factors, any one link set, unreasonable actions will make casting shrinkage change, resulting in the dimension precision and requires a deviation. Here are factors contributing to the dimensional accuracy of precision castings defects:

(1) effect of cast structure: a. Casting wall thickness, shrinkage, casting thin wall shrinkage. B ... free contraction rate and prevent shrinkage.

(2) effect of casting materials: a. The higher carbon content in the material, smaller linear shrinkage, lower carbon content, linear contraction rate increases.
